Finish Line

This will definitely go down as a dream project for me. Not because it was a breeze of a project, this project was probably one of the toughest I've been a part of due to the high expectations we had at Credera and the Finish Line. This was a dream because I've used Finish Line since I was a kid picking out basketball shoes for the upcoming season. Throughout this project we did a design sprint, user testing, studied analytics like crazy and designed tons of screens for mobile and desktop. Looking back at this project...I can say that I am extremely proud of what we all came up with.

Leveraging Data

After doing our due diligence of looking at analytics early on, we at Credera we able to see that users spent the majority of their time on their mobile device compared to desktop. Since mobile was so important we made sure to design for a mobile device first and make the checkout process super intuitive on the mobile device as well.

Throughout the entire design process I leveraged data gathered from our team and from tools like Crazy Egg to help guide design decisions to create the best experience for the user.
